What is SHOPS?
A collection of different stores, offering various products and services on a common platform to form a virtual mall! BermudaShops is a sister company of Spectropay, an established provider of POS solutions and infrastructure with a proven track record for quality customer service.
How Does SHOPS Work?
Simple – there are store owners (vendors) who have an online store registered with SHOPS offering their products. And there are customers registered with SHOPS wishing to buy something. Customers buy direct from store owners using either a credit or debit card.

IS SHOPS a Legitimate Company?
Yes, SHOPS is a legal, recognized and legitimate Bermuda-based company. Its legal name is BermudaShops with SHOPS as its trading name.
How Much Does SHOPS Cost?
For customers its free! For vendors there are two charges, an annual rental fee and a maintenance fee. For more information on these charges please contact us for more details.
What About Refunds?
Customers seeking refunds should contact the vendor they purchased from as all refunds are managed and issued by vendors. All vendors registered with SHOPS have at a minimum a 14 day refund policy on most goods and services in accordance with SHOPS Refund Policy. You can click here to review this policy.
